Welcome to the parish of the Holy Cross, Leicester
The Parish serves the city centre of Leicester, including the area around the Royal Infirmary, Leicester Prison, the shopping district and Victoria Park. But we welcome people from all over the city and further afield. The Parish has been served by the Dominican Friars since it was established in the 19th century, and as well as being Parish Priest I am also the Prior of the Dominican community here.
It is my duty and pleasure to have pastoral care of all Catholics in the parish and to offer a warm welcome and a space of prayer and holiness to anyone who wants to make use of our church, with the help of my brethren in the parish team.
